Well, today has started out with a bang. My phone fell overboard as I was getting off the boat this morning..of course I won’t have one for at least 5 days..if anyone has a spare T-Mobile phone that I can borrow. please text me..if my watch is doing it’s job I will receive your message..Have a great day

The forecast for tomorrow does not look promising for the faint of heart.  4.5’ seas 45-50% chance of rain with thunderstorms in the forecast.  The long range for next Sunday’s (7/14)alternate looks better at this point with better sea conditions & and favorable tide. Race Postponed is

Chemocessories

Good morning everyone. A friend of mine is collecting items for the group Chemocessories. If anyone has any of the items listed they would like to contribute, please just drop them off with me and I will get them to her.
Everything is collected, cleaned and distributed by this wonderful volunteer organization.

Be advised: The Race & Vessel Info page has been updated to include a pull-down of PHRF information. You can check PHRF values for all boats with 2024 certs. A button to the application form is available on the page, along with a listing of all the MMSI numbers of our fleet. If your boat is not listed send your information to Jeremy for listing.

Finally there is a button that takes you to a Boat US online training course that meets New York State regulations. The course is free and done completely online.

Attention ALL sailboat owners wishing to participate in PLYC RACING Events….
If you have not done so please follow the link below to get your PHRF rating. The fee for certificate only is $20.00
If you have questions regarding this please feel free to contact me.
Failure to procure a certificate in a timely fashion will delay official scoring & may preclude the vessel from participating in future competitions.
